The home is currently being completely remodeled. All existing plumbing and electrical is going to be re-done to meet current codes. The home was scheduled to be demolished by the Neighborhood housing services of Tyler, but our company went before the board and presented a plan of action which was approved giving us sixty days to bring the home up to code.
